This must be some hardware issue. You can try to turn hardware acceleration off (Window > preferences > OpenGL) but as a matter of fact, this shouldn't be the best solution. You may try to update your video driver first of all.

BTW when there is such a problem, telling us what hardware/software environment you have is the first stem towards getting a relevant answer.
