Hi,

1- If a user isn't an authorized replier for a issue, the emails he send are blocked and converted to a note temporarily.

It appears that everyone in the notification list receive the emails anyway!

This blocking should be reported to an admin maybe so he could inform the user how to be able to send email.

But not to everybody?

Blocked emails are saved as notes. And notes are sent to anyone on the notification list with a role of "standard user" or above. The purpose of blocking emails was to prevent people from accidently sending emails to customers. However, everyone has different needs so this behavior might not make sense for you.

2- The behaviour of mail queue log is strange.

First I have sent emails correctly so the queue log was empty after each sending. Ok.

When the first email was blocked (because of an unauthorized replier), it was signalled in the mail queue log. Normal behaviour I guess.

But since then every new email sent correctly keeps on be showing in the queue log. That's an unexpected behaviour.

So what the goal of the mail queue log ? to show the emails not yet sent only I believe.

The mail queue has 2 purposed. First is so email's that have a problem getting sent (say the mail server is down) aren't lost. The 2nd is to provide a record of all emails that are sent.
