Have you tried older drivers? Sometimes older drivers work better than the most recent: http://groups.google.com/group/SketchUp/web/faqs-for-fixing-problems#DisplayProblem

I'm not familiar with Intel graphics hardware, and am left wondering whether yours is truly a "3D class Video Card", as recommended here: http://sketchup.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=36208
