Is there any library to allow Delphi programmers to make use of the blogger atom 0.3 api?

I've searched the internet for many hours, and I can't find anything to easily allow Delphi programmers to use this api...

I'm currently using XML-RPC for Delphi to access the Blogger 1.0 api, but this doesn't support titles for posts, which is a major drawback, I know w.bloggar sets a posts title, and from what I can see, it uses XML-RPC, which is strange, unless it uses the Blogger 2.0 api, but I thought that was never put into use on the server...

If any one could help, or point me in the right direction, please let me know, all help will be greatly appreciated.

Also, sorry if this subject has previously been dealt with, but I couldn't find anything at all...

Failing all that, I'll have to write my own Delphi interface to the new api, if there are any Delphi programmers out there willing to give a hand, that would be great too...
