You are correct. GPL is viral...once it's in your classpath, *EVERYTHING* has to
be GPL. You cannot wrap it in an isolating jar...that jar needs to be GPL
too..and so on and so forth.
It would have to be released under the LGPL or GPL with classpath exception.
