Could you be more specific about which agencies you're referring to?

Note that in most cases there is a delay between when routing goes live in Google Maps for an agency, and when the icons appear on the map. (For instance, Google Maps trip planning for Vancouver TransLink was launched a few weeks ago, and the TransLink stops should appear on the map later this month.) Also, to avoid cluttering the map too much, bus stops only appear at very high zoom levels at this point, as Devin noted.
