Hi All,

I am looking at an issue where if you click on the update button, the pull-down menus for the Expected Resolution Date defaults to January 1 2006 and it returns to the PHP a date string like this "2006-01-1" but when it is stored in the DB it takes the form of 2006-01-01. Thus, when you update the CR a second time, you get a mismatch "2006-01-1" vs "2006-01-01" and you get a notification email even when you haven't updated the date. Is anyone else doing this and/or have a solution?
