Hi all, I'm hoping I can get some help with a strange problem I'm having using the C# client libraries and trying to add items to google base using the API.

I'm able to successfully insert items, but each time I do so the items are inserted using an authorID that I don't have any control over. This means that I can't access them from the google base dashboard and i'm not sure to which account the ID is tied (none of mine). Furthermore, I've tried to create a separate google base account to get a new API Dev key to use on another site, and even that one is inserting the items under the same author ID that I lack control over.

That is a problem as well because it shows the items as being inserted by the first site and not the second. It appears that the authorID is related to the API Dev key, can anyone confirm that?

Has anyone come across this? Does anyone know of a way to specify what author ID is used? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
