If both servers are typical configurations, and if the machine has adequate RAM/space resources, the two will co-exist quite nicely.

This is a general question regarding the co-exsistance of both mysql and sql server on the same server. We are setting up a win 2k box and are looking to continue running our web project on mysql until the time arises that we port everything across to sql server. So the question is can both programs exist on the same box with out causing compatibility problems.
