Jeff,

All of the items that I had up on Googlebase have expired including the items that I reference below. Were you ever able to look into why this was happening to Mariano and I? I will submit some more items to test with as soon as I can.

I did a large scale test over the weekend and uploaded over 22,000 items using the API of which only 4300 or so show in the dashboard. I've read that the dashboard only allows a max of 10,000 items but I'm not even close to meeting that limit :(

I did another smaller test this morning. I successfully uploaded 14 items using the API and only 4 of the new items show in the dashboard. All of the new items seem to be present on googlebase search. I imagine that they would be editable as Mariano's items are but have not verified this.

I can retrieve them individually using the batch API (/base/feeds/ items/17994036413524760648).

A few of the ID's that don't show in the dashboard are: 17305748304428680365 14310666892268797185 6781309500847271690 17994036413524760648

I wouldn't mind working around the dashboard restriction by using the XML API batch query to retrieve all my data but the batch API seems to have the same limitation. The 'totalResults' matches the number of items showing in the dashboard. Perhaps the dashboard app uses the same batch API?

Again, thanks for looking into this problem Jeff. I'll be happy to do any more testing in hopes that it will help resolve this issue. Please let me know if there is anything else you need.

Here you have a clear example: I just made a batch upload of 400 items, the API returned that 400 items where successfully inserted giving the corresponding 400 gbase ids. When I go to the dashboard, only appear 84 new items so 316 of my items I don't know where they are. The item with gbase id 8597651499719712520 doesn't appear in the dashboard. I edit an item that appear in the dashboard and replaced in the url the docId with the one that doesn't appear in the dashboard and the result was that I can edit it!! Here you have the

I haven't been able to reproduce this yet, I tried inserting a few draft items and they all seemed to show up on my dashboard.
