By refresh button, I mean the Agua refresh button, not the browser refresh button. This only happens for creatives. Campagns. ad groups and keywords work fine as expected.

Might your problems be related to the sandbox being cleaned up? Once a clean up happens, this will actually delete all your previous data. Clean ups are normally announced on the API forum, so you should be warned. By "refresh button", do you mean the Agua one (http://google-apility.sourceforge.net/resources/reload.png), or the browser's one (which corresponds to pressing [F5] in most browsers)? Did you notice this behavior just for creatives, or also for other objects you created with Agua (like campaigns, ad groups and stuff)?

Please provide this additional information in order to make it easier to find the reason for your problems.
