I've just received my copy of the Mac OSX public beta, and am
trying to start turning it into as much of a "real" work
environment as possible.
I've downloaded the p4 client designed for OSX Server, and it
seems to run fine on the new public beta; however, it has a
problem writing to temp files:
[sh] p4 client
zsh: permission denied: /private/tmp/102/tmp.405.0
Client user-machine not changed.
I've set TMP to point at the standard tmp area, and a tmp area in
own home directory, but I get the same result -- the p4 client
can't create the tmp file.
Anyone tried this yet? Anyone have any ideas?
