I looked at the documentation and I fear that the bug is not completely fixed. I see that I can get the keyword id back in a KeywordReport, but I don't see where I can specify the ad group id and campaign id as selected columns in this same report. This is something I could do with a CustomReportJob in V10, and I hope that this functionality will be available in V11. For my application logic it is critical.
