The bugid is CSCee67450 (registered customers only). I have a Cisco contract and am registered, but still can't get to the bugid. Do others have the same problem?

I didn't realize bugtoolkit was even a resource, I thought it was a static webpage that always outputs that the bug doesn't exist or is confidental.

when you can view bugs, they're delayed days or weeks in being updated.
