You could do this in DNS. Assuming you have control of your DNS Server, put:

example.com:example.com.forcedmx.yourcompany.com,25

in esmtproutes and then create a round robin dns entry for example.com.forcedmx.yourcompany.com, Courier will use example.com.forcedmx.yourcompany.com instead of the MX records for example.com

Thanx, it is a feature if someone haven't access to the dns server ;-)

However it's a common way ;-)
