I will not be able to attend the plenary meeting on 12/4 since I have already scheduled another conf call on 12/4 (the same time). If this was not counted for an official meeting to keep member's status, I would vote YEA...

tim has requested that the next plenary meeting be held on 12/4 since the regularly scheduled TC meeting is set for thanksgiving (u.s.)
personally, i think this a good idea however we will need to get the TC to vote on it to make it official (at least that is my interpretation -- someone please correct me if known to be otherwise).
in the interest of time i think the most expedient way to do this is a simple vote on the list (vs. setting up something more formal in kavi). so, if the voting members would weigh in on the list with a response we can move forward.
YEA = move next plenary meeting to thursday 12/4 (same time, etc.)
NAY = next meeting will be held thursday 12/11 (as originally scheduled)
