Sqwebmail does not send any mail. Outgoing messages are given to your mail server, via the sendmail command. Your mail server is responsible for delivering them.

Im using: netQmail + qmail-scanner + spamassassin + clamd + sqwebmail 5.0.1 + maildrop 2.0.4

Sounds like a qmail problem. Look in your maillog and syslog file for clues, then try asking for help on the qmail list.
