Not like a smooth animation (Unless you invest considerable efforts to move your plane little by little).

You'd need some ruby scripts, too (at least one to extract the xyz info and put it into SU and another one to create the flightpath for the plane - both exist).

For the animation you could also use another plugin: SketcjyPhysics (but it cannot yet be exported as an animation).

Hi

New to sketch up here.. need to do a plane animation... =)

I have three columns of data in microsoft excel.. they are the latitude, longitude, and altitude of aircraft flight .. I was wondering if there is anyway I can make the plane fly according to my data in the form of an animation???

Can it be done in sketchup?
