first of all, many thanks to those, who had helped me with my little problem building a single object (once!!!).

I was just testing Jam whether it would fit the needs of my firm. So in that point I'm also interested in what's the future of Jam.

Everybody is talking about a 2.4 release, but when has the time arrived for it and what will be the features. Will it be Win95-compatible and will have all the functions ftjam has.

How about regular expressions and some support for e.g. testing the existence of files, not just via actions and bloody shell programming.

My last wish would be A BETTER DOCUMENTATION!!!

Nevertheless, I must say, Jam is the best Make-Tool I ever saw, and I'll try to make my bosses like it too.;)
