i did "courier clear fo...@myvest.com" and verified by logged into all
individual users accounts on this alias
that they can receive mail. any other ideas?

more details.... bl...@myvest.com is configured within application and
not a real account
fo...@myvest.com is an email alias pointing to real users. and one of
the users on this alias has vacation
turned on.
if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate

You must specify the recipient address to the 'courier clear' command.
Furthermore, this will do absolutely nothing if the recipient is still
bouncing mail.
