First off. Thanks for such a great product. We use Eventum for our issue tracking at our Fortune 500 company and our current instance has created over 70000 tickets and the database contains more than 14 GB of data. An extraordinary product.
I'm still testing the upgrade of my 1.7.1 version to the latest version and I'm having an issue with viewing emails in the associate emails page. When I click on an email to view it I usually get a blank email. I turned error reporting on and this is what most emails return:
Notice: Undefined index: sup_date in C:\Inetpub\eventum\include\class.support.php on line 1541
Notice: Undefined index: sup_date in C:\Inetpub\eventum\include\class.support.php on line 1542
Notice: Undefined index: sup_subject in C:\Inetpub\eventum\include\class.support.php on line 1543
Notice: Undefined index: sup_from in C:\Inetpub\eventum\include\class.support.php on line 1545
Notice: Undefined index: sup_to in C:\Inetpub\eventum\include\class.support.php on line 1546
Notice: Undefined index: seb_body in C:\Inetpub\eventum\view_email.php on line 51
Notice: Undefined index: seb_full_email in C:\Inetpub\eventum\view_email.php on line 79
The strange thing is; this is not very consistent. About 20% of the emails appear fine with no errors reported. I'm able to view these emails without a problem. It appears very random.
Any idea what I've done wrong here? It seems like I'm missing indexes, but all of the upgrade scripts have ben run and the 1.7.1 version I'm running does not do this.

I'm running IIS5/PHP4.3.10/MYSQL 4.11
