The new "official" Google Calendar Gadget seems to be based on

Using it with Google Desktop 5.0.0611.15590-en-pb, and can't get it to
keep the height I want. Right now it's showing just a little less than
five weeks (the last week of December is chopping the bottoms off of
the 24th - 30th). If I try to drag it taller, to show the "Create new
event" and "Show my calendar" links, it resizes back again within just
a few seconds.
I've dragged it off the sidebar and that seems to be helping. So, is
this a known sidebar issue or is it a gadget problem?
