Hi Alex,

I can answer re the log question; I have maxsize=50000000 set, which is in bytes. So that value is 50mb

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick query on two things. First of all, when one defines a FILE log with a line such as LogDestination=FILE:filename=my-cluster.log,maxsize=500000,maxfiles=4

what units are maxsize in? is that bytes or kilobytes? I can't spot it in the docs.

Secondly, how does one calculate the size of DECIMAL fields in NDB? I read somewhere that they are treated as CHAR's - does this mean literally treated as two strings with a decimal point in the middle? Or is there another equation for working out the space requiremenet of DECIMAL (A, B) in NDB?

Many thanks,
