I am working on a drawing of a length of bent wire to be used for a paint roller frame. I followed the tutorials for making pipe by drawing the center line with arcs, a circle at one end, then using the Follow Me tool to extrude the shape from one end to the other. I have a wire shaped the way I want, but for some reason there are breaks in the surface, located on the inner corners of the bends. I just uploaded the model as <mini frame 02.kmz>.

Can anyone explain why this is happening, and what I should do to correct/prevent it from happening?

Neil
