Hi Les, hi folks.

After creating the inner rectangle, double click inside it to select the surface and its perimeter.

Then, select the Move Tool.

Before pressing the mouse button on the selection to move it, press the ALT key (on PC) or the CMD key (on Mac) to activate Autofold.

Move somewhat to displace the inner rectangle out from the surface. After you have begin the move with Autofold, you may let go of the ALT (or CMD) key. Finish by typing the exact raise value in the VCB and validate it by pressing the RETURN key or the ENTER key.
