Log in as the administrator user then and those options will appear. If you need to re-establish Administrator User or admin rights for your administration account, see the following:

I have to change SMTP password etc (eventum 1.7.1). However, when I log in as Administrator, click on "Administration" (top most menu bar) I can only see the following Options in the "Areas" section on the left:

- Manage Internal FAQ - Manage Round Robin Assignments - Manage News - Manage Issue Reminders - Manage Customer Account - Managers - Manage Customer Quick Notes - Manage Statuses - Manage Projects - Manage Users - Manage Groups - Manage Time Tracking Categories - Manage Issue Resolutions - Manage Canned Email Responses - Manage Link Filters

But nothing about SMTP. In the thread http://lists.mysql.com/eventum-users/2889 a menu item "Manage / General Setup" is mentioned, but I cannot see this also.

Any help is greatly appreciated
