We are in a process of upgrading our DOS-based system in Davao Doctors Hospital. We are a medical institution and we use customized applications for our Hospital Billing and Accounting Systems. We would be using Visual Basic for software development. Do we need a license if we use MySQL for Windows? Is it per user or a server license only? How much? We are thinking of using Windows NT Server as our network operating system. Please reply ASAP since we will propose it to our Board of Directors by Wednesday.
