I have done all suggestions,virus scan,adware scan,clean reboot etc. I uninstalled and reinstalled four times.One time I was able to use SU to go through the tutorial. After I closed SU,then came back after a while, it started rebooting again. I even tried to use it by not being on the internet,no change.I even tried to use it without turning off the tip box,still rebooted immediately If I leave it on the opening screen,and don't touch anything,it doesn't reboot..I really want to use this program.Hope I don't have to go out and buy a similar program.

This should fix a compromised SketchUp installation. If not, you may have to do the installation while in a 'clean' XP reboot
