Renaming is usually done through the Integrate command.

Then it depends on the plaftorm on which your server is located. You might want to check the list archives for one of the discussions which took place (regularly) about the unique problems that the pseudo-case sensitivity of Windows NT introduce.

Hi. We've just started using Perforce here over the past couple of weeks. One thing that I can't find an easy way to do is rename a file or folder. For example, I have a folder in the depot called AC_Project that I want to rename to ac_project, simply changing the case. What I've been doing is deleting items and then re-adding them, but this seems extreme and the documentation doesn't seem to address this (or at least I can't find it). There's a simple way to do this sort of thing, right?
