Yes, this is when a new issue is created and assigned.

Is this when a new issue is created and assigned or when an existing issue is updated and assigned to you?

Eventum 1.7 (due to be released soon) has significant changes to the mail system and I don't believe has this behavior.

Would anyone know why Eventum sends two emails to notify me of a new issue assigned to me? The first one is "New Assignment" and the second is "Assignment." It's duplicate information.
