Hello,

I created a new project with only 2 priorities: Normal and Emergency. I created an email account and set it up for downloading to Eventum. When a new ticket is created via email, it gets an initial priority of 'Medium', which does not seem to make sense to me. There is no Medium priority in my list. Is this a bug?

Also, is it possible to send out a notification to all members of a project when a new ticket is created via email?
