Our users demanded simple way of deleting all messages from trash folder. I made patch that adds "Purge All" button. This can be easily turned off by site administrator (button is only displayed when [#$PURGEALL=...#] is defined in template). When user press "Purge All" button, confirmation window appear, this should prevents accidental mail removal.

Wow, this is a very good patch. But works also for sqwebmail standaolne? Please Sam, if you can include this patch in sqwebmail official tree, this is very usefull.

Totally concur. The biggest support issue we have with sqwebmail is the confusion new users have when attempting to delete their mail. A common usage pattern in our case is for clients to use their webmail interface to clear out spam before they POP their mail so they only use the interface to review their mail (usually just via the folder view) and to delete what they don't want.
