I sent that e-mail of "Arthropod information network in Africa" through CGNET II by MS Mail, which automatically uses UUENCODE/ UUDECODE during transmission(also for cc:Mail). For users who use PMDF, PINE and EUDORA interfaces, which uses BASE64 encoding method and do not automatically decode files have been UUENCODED, they may encounter undecoded mails.
