I'm not quite certain what you're trying to say here, but it is common for some of the night jobs to take quite a bit of memory. That we're in trouble :-) Are you certain you don't have a user that runs this through his crontab or similar? Info from top or ps might also prove interesting.

Nope, users are excluded - no user has shell. I think it is coused by periodic -options... Still investigating. Sorry for bothering you. It just happened to suddenly. Thanks. And sorry if it is false alarm.
