Color me dumb then, cause have no idea what to put in the sql table.

README.maildirquota describes the text file version of a maildirquota file. I'm not sure that translates directly into what should be stored in SQL.

I would assume that the reference to the README in Sam's config file comments indicates that the same syntax applies. The best way to find out would be to test it.
