Yes, set te root folder to INBOX. (note the trailing '.'), and rename 'Sent Items' to just 'Sent'. Same goes with Drafts. OE specifies these folders in various ways in different languages; ie in danish it's 'Sendt mail' for 'Sent' and 'Kladder' for 'Drafts'.

This way I have no problems with Outlook/OE upgraded to latest (ie OE5.5).
