No. "SPF2" is patent-encumbered.

For the record, it's really just the PRA algorithm (RFC 4407) that's patent-encumbered, and given that the algorithm is really just an application of Resent-* header logic from RFC 2822, this part of the Microsoft patent (which also covers other irrelevant stuff) is of questionable validity.
