Do I miss something? I have done as described in "man 8 courier".

Did you restart Courier? It's still thinking that tamay-dogan.net is a remote domain, so the message gets routed to courieresmtp, and it's complaining. After making changes to locals, Courier must be restarted.

Also, check for trailing whitespace in the configuration files.
