Courier never really likes badly formed email headers, but there was a change a some point to make it put these emails in attachements. I personally think that is perfectly tolerable, but if you want, you can make Courier more tolerant...

Set opt BOFHBADMIME=accept in the bofn config file to go back to the old behavior.
