Your best bet to get the better price would be to submit this as a
project on one of the many job boards. I would suggest cgilance.com,
scriptmebaby.com and scriptlance.com - these boards have pros who will
bid for your project. You can typically see the peoples profiles and
ratings from other purchasers as well to make an informed decision.
