Initial implementation of PCRE-based pattern matching.

Initial installation (as rpm) on RHAS3 wth PCRE 6.3 as rpm (Bernhard Rosenkraenzer's <be@redhat.com> PCRE 3.9-5 spec file :) works out of the box, with MAILDROP_OLD_REGEXP=1 in maildropc.

Now to sass the PCRE part (tomorrow, already 00:23 CEST here).

One thing that puzzles me is, why can't we have both (semi-POSIX and PCRE) at the same time for them as will? Postfix does. Not withstanding, I'm a PCRE person, so ...
