I tried dos2unix but unfortuneatley this failed. Downloaded Vim for windows and I am sort of sorry to say that it worked a treat. Regards michael

Dear users, i am presently rying to import a file created in MSExcel/Word to a format that will that is exceptable by couriermlm. IF I use vi to create a file with the following format: mich@blah.com . chy@blah.com . etc...

it imports OK. BUT if I use a file from MSWord exported as a txt file then it only imports the firstline (actually only the domain part of the first line).

If I export the file I created using vi and open it on a windows box using notepad it displays it on one line with box looking characters where I would expect to see CR (newline). Question is:- how do I export from MSWord or MSwordpad or whatever to have the correct format that I would get if I was using vi?

Again- looking forward to your replies.

Thnaks and regards michael
