You can't run that vote. It's a special majority ballot and has to be
requested of the TC Admin per my note below.

In case I didn't respond yet (still dealing with multiple email clients), what
you'll be asking for is a special majority vote to approve submitting XRD to the
OASIS membership for OASIS Standard ballot. Once that's approved, then you make
the formal submission with the long list of requirements in the body of a text
message to tc-admin.

It's the lazy days of August but I just noticed that Aug 15, the OASIS deadline
for submitting an OASIS Standard vote request, is fast approaching. Are we still
planning to request for the vote on XRD 1.0 to happen in September?
If so, two things need to happen before August 15 (I'm cc'ing TC admin Mary
McRae in case I'm missing anything):
1) We have two Statements of Use - one from XDI.org
(http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xri/201007/msg00019.html) and one from
Google (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xri/201007/msg00020.html). WE NEED
ONE MORE. Just send an email to the list in the same format as these other two.
2) Will or Eran (I think Will knows the mechanics best) needs to submit the
formal OASIS Standard request to Mary.
Can we get these two steps done by the end of the week?
