We've been watching SketchUp performance in Leopard recently to try and identify whats going on. Some users see more than slowness and are having to disable Hardware Acceleartion in SketchUp. Recently Apple released update 10.5.3 for Leopard which addresses a number of graphics issues. If you've not done so already, please download that and see if it affects performance. If you continue to see issues, please download and install Apple's patch specifically for graphics issues as well, you can find that linked below:

I am using SketchUp Pro 6 on a Macbook Pro 10.5.2 to create complex models. However, despite having a 512 Mb dedicated VRAM with a Nvidia 8600m GT GPU, SketchUp is extremely slow. I have checked the hardware acceleration also. Windows version just works well. What do you recommend to make the OS X version faster?
