I would say that is a contradiction in terms as a hub always is half duplex and has no need to autonegotiate? Or are you talking about some kind of switch?

Cheap combination of both - they act like there's an internal 2 port switch for switching traffic between the 10Mb hub ports and the 100Mb hub ports.
