Just to be clear, estimates are not supported for site targeted campaigns, correct? Has anyone seem documentation supporting this?

The TrafficEstimator service documentation doesn't seem to (directly) indicate this restriction. If one follows any of the request types to the leaf nodes, they eventually lead to KeywordEstimate (not CriterionEstimate); containing cpc rather than cpm. Am I missing something?

P.S. Given that Google maps websites to keywords in the daily reports ("Total - content targeting", GoogleKeywordId: 3000000, PhraseType: 'Content') , it sure would be nice to support estimates as well.
