If the scripts leaves the lock file behind when the mail server or mysql server is down, I would consider it as a bug in Eventum

Is it possible there is some maintenance going on with your mail servers once a week? That is when mine usually dies and I have to do the fix lock. Now I have our IT manager disabling the job on a scheduled basis prior to scheduled mail server maintenance and have not had problems in over 9 months (our system sends out about 40 emails a day)

Hi,
Using Eventum 2.1.0 and running download_emails.php as cron job.
cd /var/media/webroots/domain.se/web/eventum/misc; /usr/bin/php -q download_emails.php
I get lock problem quite often as reported via mail:
Error: Another instance of the script is still running for the specified account. If this is not accurate, you may fix it by running this script with '--fix-lock' as the 4th parameter or you may unlock ALL accounts by running this script with '--fix-lock' as the only parameter.
--fix-lock resolves the problem for a week or so then it comes back.
Any idea?
