Hi again 7600/6500 gurus,

7603 does not want to boot 12.2, but 12.1 loads and works fine.

config is:

boot system flash disk0:c6k222-ps-mz.122-18.SXD3.bin boot system flash sup-bootflash:c6sup22-ps-mz.121-26.E.bin

Those 122-18.SXD images are HUGE. Did you follow the docs and use something other than tftp to xfer it to the router? Are you sure you have the full image on the router and not a corrupt/truncated one?

cisco warns that many tftp implementations cannot xfer >32mb files properly...and when I tried tftping a 38mb image to a 6509, it failed/truncated the image. I had to use FTP instead of TFTP.
