This development build of maildrop updates the MIME tools (reformime, makemime) to recognize MIME attributes encoded according to RFC 2231. For example:

Content-Disposition: attachment; filename*=iso-8859-1'en_US'iloveyou.%65xe

I don't know if Lookout is capable of reading encoded MIME attributes. Either it doesn't, or this is another possible avenue path to work around virus filters that key off filename extensions.
