What's wrong with Chuck (the daemon)?
I've noticed that some of the man pages are out of date when concerning /etc/sysconfig (i.e. they still refer people to /etc/sysconfig when they should point people to /etc/rc.conf..) - it would be nice if someone were to scan the man pages looking for outdated references like this!
Otherwise, pick an area you think is poorly documented and start writing! You can also check out http://www.vmunix.com/fbsd-book/ which is an effort I'm involved with to produce a "book like" documentation set for new users. We can always use feedback and/or additions!
